As we celebrate Haworth’s 75th year of design and innovation, our NeoCon 2023 experience highlights a variety of spaces, brands, and products that support new ways of working—with the office as the hub of the Work from Anywhere ecosystem.
The workplace is evolving. Our showroom’s Experience of Work Pavilion and ancillary collection create an office hub that provides the core environment for innovation and interaction. See highlighted spaces and products that support new ways of working, collaborating, and connecting.
The purpose of the lobby has changed to become a welcoming experience that draws people in. The reception desk is set back, adding a more concierge-like feel and bringing spaces for social interaction and restoration front and center. Beautiful, curated furnishings create a variety of comfortable settings where people can work, wait, and connect.
A variety of spaces is provided to support the different activities of teams coming into the office. The lounge area provides a space for casual meetings and a place to relax and restore. Unassigned benching offers touchdown spaces for individual tasks, and Hushoffice pods bring acoustic privacy for virtual calls and focus work.
This neighborhood supports teams with areas to collaborate, focus, and restore. Assigned workstations that move and adapt provide a sense of ownership and autonomy. Open and semi-private spaces encourage collaboration, and touchdowns offer alternative spots for focus work. A retreat area with comfortable sofas adds a casual spot for restoration and connection.
This open area facilitates seamless communication and knowledge exchange. Unassigned workstations provide focus spaces for people who are not frequently in the office or are internally mobile. The semi-private, camera-enabled project space supports interaction and collaboration with remote team members. A casual meeting spot has soft seating and technology to share updates.
Private offices provide focus areas for individuals and small groups. Key for attraction and retention, these high-impression spaces have a welcoming feel with design options that convey brand and personal preference. Assigned offices support the hybrid work experience and when not occupied, may be used by other team members for private meetings or focused tasks.
More than an amenity, the café is where social connections happen. A variety of dining and lounge settings allows people to choose a spot for lunch, have a chat, work, or take a break between activities. The café also serves as a high-impression space for greeting customers and conveying brand.
