INT. DESIGN AWARDS BRECK AND 4SPACE FRONTS

Grands Prix Du Design Award is an international program recognizing design, architecture professionals and students.

October 16, 2025 – Breck, Haworth’s newest task chair, received Gold Certification and was named Grand Winner, along with being an Award of the Year finalist in INT. DESIGN’s Grands Prix Du Design Awards. The company’s glass front wall system, 4SPACE Fronts, also obtained Gold Certification.

A winner in the Office Furniture category, Breck utilizes decades of seating expertise and 5.5 billion data points to create a simple, intuitive and responsive task chair. As the latest addition to Haworth’s office seating portfolio, Breck also has the lowest carbon footprint – at just 55.6 kg CO₂e, this chair is made with 58% recycled content and is 94% recyclable at end of life.

4SPACE Fronts, a component-based glass wall system, was recognized in the Architectural Products category. The single channel glass front structure is simple and cost-effective while also being adaptable to architectural spaces in both new and existing structures. 4SPACE Fronts is highly customizable with various door types and a curated selection hardware finishes.

Created in 2007, INT. DESIGN’s Grands Prix Du Design awards are an international competition that recognizes excellence in architecture, interior design, product design and more. This prestigious program gives global recognition to innovative design projects and professionals through evaluation by a distinguished international jury. Entries are evaluated based on various criteria including functionality, social responsibility and emotional impact, among others.
