Modern Without a Timestamp
Since 1971, the world has turned to Heller for timeless designs that furnish museums, offices, restaurants, and homes. Heller defines modern as an idea rather than an era—design that is clear in purpose, confident in form, and relevant across spaces and generations. We take modern seriously, ourselves less so.
Design, Industrialized
Heller’s story began with Massimo and Lella Vignelli’s stackable dinnerware, proving that plastic could be both beautiful and enduring. Since then, collaborations with designers including the Vignellis, Frank Gehry, Mario Bellini, Philippe Starck, Sergio Asti, William Sawaya, and Vico Magistretti have shaped a portfolio of furniture and objects for indoors and out—museum recognized—yet made for everyday use through innovative manufacturing at scale.
Responsible by Design
Made largely in the United States, Heller products are engineered for longevity using durable, recyclable materials. As part of Haworth, Heller advances a shared commitment to responsible design—where performance, material innovation, and long life are essential to creating spaces that endure.
