JUMBO Design Studio was founded by Monling Lee and Justin Donnelly. They’re unabashed foodies, and Lee enjoyed her first fortune cookie after immigrating from Taiwain to the United States at the age of 13. This comfort food inspired the joyful, abstract Fortune chair. Its palette is a clever nod to that gastronomic inspiration, with color names like Cookie, Licorice, and Tomato.
