Eric Novotny, PhD, is a Research Specialist on the Workplace Research and Insights team at Haworth, where he examines the impact of workspace design on people’s behavior, attitudes, and emotions. Specifically, Eric investigates how office spaces and furniture can be designed to promote well-being, performance, and belonging in the workplace. The findings from this research then inform the design process for future Haworth solutions, as well as help customers create more impactful workspaces for human performance. Eric loves to play basketball, video games, and spend time with his wife and daughter.
