We often talk about working remotely in terms of technology utilization, but there’s much more to it than having a strong network connection, the latest devices, or the right digital collaboration tools. When teams are remote, there are unique social and functional aspects that must be considered and addressed.

Even the most connected teams—and the best leaders—can experience challenges with remote work. In this short video, I’ll explain some of those unique challenges and offer tips for leaders to help keep all members of your remote team engaged and effective—including yourself.
