This sleek private office was designed for the Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations.

In addition to open collaboration areas, individual workspaces in the WMU Alumni Center offer flexibility to employees by incorporating adjustable desks.

The Vault, pictured here, once held a large walk-in safe used to keep the school's monetary transactions secure. When the building was completed in 1905, tuition and fees were paid in cash. Today, the Vault has been turned into a unique collaboration space for employees featuring technology for presentations and co-working.

The goal of the WMU Alumni Center project was to preserve the University’s birthplace and transform it into a facility that serves both the campus and community while showcasing the deeply rooted relationship between the two.

Heritage Hall, home of the WMU Alumni Center, was designed to be a community asset, serving as a touchstone for the WMU experience and offering flexible and multipurpose gathering spaces to the community. The Café Lounge pictured here is a great asset for community gatherings.
