A leading international bank asked Haworth to help refit its Bangalore campus, recreating it as the firm’s flagship workplace.

Over five phases spanning two years we worked with different design consultants to refurbish the existing workspace and update it in tandem with the bank’s new workplace guidelines, focussing on creating a dynamic environment that would attract and retain talent.

We specified 3000 workstations and 2500 Fern chairs across the .35M square foot space, as well as team, training and collaborative equipment, conference and managerial areas and cafeteria furniture.

Intuity benching allows for flexible collaborations between teams while Planes, HAT Elements and Hoop tables offer adjustable work heights for staff health and wellbeing.

Bamboo workstations offer stylishly designed collaborative workspaces that are comfortable and easy to use. Plume screens present tremendously flexible freestanding space dividers to soften space, diffuse sound and encourage easy-going interaction.

In cafeteria breakout spaces, Chick Pouf, Mama Bear and Windowseat add a dash of the unexpected while remaining inviting, cosy and approachable. The bank even purchased the iconic Proust Geometrica Chair by Capellini for the area to create Instagram-worthy moments.

“Haworth provided the total floorplate solution – from workstation to seating to meeting rooms and collaborative furniture,” said the client.
