We interviewed a thrilling range of creative minds in 2024. From up-and-comers to legendary designers, from Haworth leaders to artists outside the workplace field, the visionaries we interviewed in Milan, London, and Cologne provided invaluable insight and inspiration.

Don’t give to the client what they ask for. Give them what they never dreamed possible.
Style is not important anymore. The future is collage. It’s always a mix-and-match of this and that, old and new, vintage, classics, modern design.
There are just crises, crises, crises. And we have to be actually a little more satisfied that we are living on this sunny side of the planet, of life. And even there are crises, there can be also a possibility to change something.
In this moment of uncertainty is where our leadership, our design leadership comes into play. And that's my optimism. I believe this is our time. Never our client needed our leadership more than today.
When some students come to our office, it's a five story building, etc, and they say, can we take pictures? I say, Yes: one. I say, Choose one thing that you find is really the one that you love. And then copy, redo, retry to make it.
I would say, we at Haworth, we make it happen.
Collaboration isn't always about creating a result or needing an answer, but more so in the spirit of and in celebration of working with one another, having conversation.
The beauty of the best design is when it’s something that you don’t need an interpreter to understand. It’s something you understand at the first look.
Actually, bees are perfect architects. Gaudi, Mr Gaudi, Antoni Gaudi, created the Sagrada Familia inspired by the beehive. So that's very, very interesting. And it's, again, a perfect architecture.
I really think that destruction and building together makes a perfect explanation of what is design.
