1951 Stool

Emeco

This stacking stool elevates its sibling side chair, a reinterpretation of a classic Emeco chair from 1951. The new version retains Emeco's DNA—simple, strong, utilitarian—with a modern look inspired by luxury car design. The hand-brushed aluminum frame is combined with a seat and back produced from recycled plastic, making 1951 suitable for outdoor use. Complement with the stacking side chair.

Dynamic Revival

The design partnership with BMW resulted in a new chair that is 100% classic Emeco, but with a more dynamic stance. The seat and back are made of recycled plastic (rPET), from waste plastic bottles. The recycled aluminum frame is handmade using the same 77-step process as the original Navy chair.
