Case Study DuPont

DuPont science drives inclusive innovation to help solve the world’s greatest challenges, including solutions for food, energy and protective technologies such as life-saving body and car armour to cleaner refrigerants and sustainability. To match its position as a leading technology and science provider, Dupont wanted the most advanced workspace solutions for its Hyderabad office. Haworth worked alongside architects SWBI to create a future-proof workplace solution for 222 team members, including collaborative and training spaces, managerial and executive offices, a conference room and cafeteria.

Hyderabad, India

Delivering the project in just ten weeks, we specified our Xone modular system. With 75mm thick panels for unmatched stability and aesthetics, Xone provides intelligent design to support creativity, innovation and collaboration in the modern office.

Dupont wanted power points for each workstation placed above work surfaces on intersecting panels – and Xone was easily achieved this without compromising on overall aesthetics.

Collaborative zones feature Realm tub chairs for a unique combination of comfort and streamlined good looks, making quick, off-the-cuff meetings simple.

For executive spaces, we installed Intuity benching and task chairs for flexible, adaptable workspace solutions to accommodate Dupont’s mobile workforce. In the conference room, an Audience table integrates elegant design with modern technology matched with Fern chairs for ergonomic comfort and responsive movement.
