Win A Haworth Cardigan Lounge™ - Terms and Conditions

1. The contest is open to all CoreNet attendees aged 18 years or over, except employees of Haworth, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the contest.
2. The contest is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted through subscription of Spark via the QR code displayed at Haworth’s booth (#12) at 2023 CoreNet Global Summit APAC.
4. The opening date for entries is March 14, 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 6:00 PM SGT on March 16, 2023. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. Haworth accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. One winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of entries by means of a computerized draw on March 16, 2023. ("Draw Date").
7. The winner will receive one Haworth Cardigan Lounge™, as displayed at the 2023 CoreNet Global Summit APAC.
8. The winner of the contest will be announced on Haworth's website within seven (7) calendar days
   from the Draw Date.
9. Winner will be notified via email within seven (7) calendar days from the Draw Date. Winner must provide a postal address via email reply to us on to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to us within 5 business days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Haworth will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize will be sent to the winner by post. Delivery period is subject to availability of the product as well as local custom conditions and regulations.
11. Haworth reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of similar value in the event that the original Prize offered is not available.
12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The decision of Haworth regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Haworth reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. Haworth reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Haworth will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Haworth, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Haworth’s privacy policy.
