Adithi Khandadai is a Senior Graphic Designer for Haworth by day and watercolour artist by night. Having lived in India, Singapore, and London, she is fascinated by the cultural and human elements of the workplace. Adithi spends her spare time riding her bike, doing yoga, and fostering cats.
Nishtha Bali is a Workplace Strategist for Haworth with a background in architecture and a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and in community. Born and raised in India, with experience working in France and Germany throughout her career, she joined Haworth in 2019. Nishtha spends her free time hiking or biking in the Alps and likes to try at least one new sport every year.
The two of them met on a plane ride and together they developed Women@Work — a community celebrating and empowering women—with a space to share advice, inspiration, and engage in community.
