The acquisition of a new floor in their Porto office marked the beginning of a transformation, not just in square meters, but in mindset. Balancing Beauty and Function

The challenge was to design a space that was both visually inspiring and functionally smart. The solution? A layout that supports a range of workstyles—from focused solo work to spontaneous collaboration. Quiet zones, open lounges, and hybrid desks were strategically placed to encourage movement, interaction and productivity.

Acoustic comfort was also a top priority. In an open office, managing sound is essential. Quiet pods, sound-absorbing lighting and greenery were integrated to reduce distractions and create a calm, focused environment without compromising on style.

From the moment you enter, the space makes an impression. A striking olive tree at the entrance offers a warm welcome and a nod to local culture. Throughout the floor, collaborative zones and flexible workstations support modern workstyles and encourage team connection. Every detail was chosen to enhance the employee experience.
