Design Rooted in Insight
The design process was guided by in-depth research, including executive interviews, leadership workshops, employee surveys, and on-site observations. A key challenge emerged: many employees work on-site with limited mobility. To address this, desktop computers were replaced with laptops, enabling greater flexibility and more dynamic use of space.
To further support adaptability, the team introduced “tidal spaces”, versatile zones that transition between mobile workstations, collaboration areas, and training setups, without added cost. This approach accommodates both mobile and fixed workstyles, enhancing functionality and the employee experience across departments.
Throughout the service process, the client placed high importance on the experience of employees and service groups. They were committed to creating a refined, warm, flexible, and sustainable ecological office space that also conveys the brand values of a service-oriented enterprise. This vision aligned closely with Haworth's brand attributes and spatial philosophy, forming a strong foundation for collaboration. Haworth provided substantial support in technical expertise and manpower, ensuring the project's successful execution with high-quality standards.

Fluid, Human-Centred Spaces
Designed for agility, the office features a variety of environments—meeting rooms, focus zones, workstations, café, lounge, and a wellbeing area—all arranged in a panoramic, community-based layout that encourages creativity and connection. Employees can easily move between focused work, collaboration, and relaxation.
Sustainable materials and integrated greenery promote well-being, while custom storage solutions streamline document management without compromising aesthetics. Transparent manager rooms reduce hierarchy and foster fast, informal collaboration. The space is easily reconfigurable to support teams of all sizes.
