Breathing new life into your existing furniture stock through cleaning and parts replacement. Extending the lifespan of your products and reviving your entire office space by restoring your furniture to its former glory.​

How does it work?

  1. Quality Check​: Product condition assessment and identification of products that need to be refurbished​.

  2. Collect from your location​: We will pick up the products from your location*​.

  3. Ship to workshop​: Products are shipped to our plants or to our local partners​.

  4. Refurbishment​: The products will be cleaned and refurbished.​

  5. Ship back to your location​: After refurbishment, the product is shipped back to your location​.

  6. Extended Life​: We will give a new purpose/life to your old product​.

*A minimum of 30 chairs is required to optimise the logistics costs involved in the take-back of the chairs.​

Refurbishment of a Zody chair

A complete overhaul in 7 steps.

The most worn and stressed parts of a chair are consistently replaced with new ones. Depending on wear and tear, several further replacements can happen. Finally, the entire seat is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, including the seat, back, body and structures.

  1. Replacement of both arm pads
  2. Replacement of all castors
  3. Replacement of the seat foam & fabric
  4. Replacement of the base (re-paint / replace)
  5. Replacement of the back & mesh
  6. Replacement of lumbar support
  7. Cleaning and disinfection

Each refurbished chair receives a new traceability label, detailing the carbon emissions savings.
