Richard Ellerbeck

Richard is an acoustics expert with a background in Psychology and Sound Technology from Rhodes University, South Africa. He has over seven years of experience as an acoustic consultant, specializing in workplace soundscapes and office acoustics. 

At BuzziSpace, he contributes to product innovation, testing, and performance analysis, while supporting global sales teams. As an accredited CEU and CPD speaker, he also trains professionals to integrate acoustics into design for healthier, more productive spaces.

Starting with Hear, you'll build a foundational understanding of sound and how we experience it in the spaces we inhabit, then moving into Solve, where that knowledge is applied to real challenges, exploring how to choose the right acoustic solutions for today's hybrid work environments, and finally arriving at Do, where everything comes together in practical, actionable strategies to create spaces that manage noise and provide both speech privacy and clarity.
