All over Milan, the Haworth Group was in bloom. Patricia Urquiola curated the ALCHEMICA exhibition in Palazzo Bovara, where Haworth was thrilled to introduce our collaboration with Pantone. Cassina commemorated a big anniversary. Poltrona Frau, Cappellini, and Zanotta celebrated icons of the past alongside the classics of tomorrow.
Amid the bright lights of design’s marquee event, the Haworth Group shined brightest. Sign up for our Trend Report below to discover trends, our conversations with creative minds, and the stories behind our exhibitions.
Curated by Patricia Urquiola, the ALCHEMICA exhibition by Elle Decor Italia was one of the most in-demand events of Milan 2025. Held within the historic Palazzo Bovara, Patricia envisioned ALCHEMICA as a ‘poetic reflection on the evolution of living.’
The protagonist of the installation was the Uroboro, an interpretation of the classic ouroboros – a serpent consuming its own tail. The Uroboro symbolised renewal, growth, and change – and it also served as an exciting announcement of Haworth’s collaboration with global colour experts, Pantone!
The Uroboro’s striking, serpentine form was clothed in the light-filled colours of Pantone’s Dualities range. The airy, gentle pastels were knit from the same waste-minimising fabric developed for the Haworth Cardigan Lounge Chair.
