Beauty from disaster

The design of the Meltdown was inspired by the nuclear disaster in Fukushima. The lamp is made from thin coloured glass with a spherical shape, hand blown in a mould. The lightbulb is melting down through the outer glass ball.

The hanging version is available in singles, a strip of three, or in a cluster of four or eight. The standing lamp is available as a single table lamp, or a floor lamp with clusters of five or eight bulbs. There are six different colours for the glass sphere.
