Ecophon   At the office, new kinds of collaboration also call for new room structures. These open structures encourage communication while offering the ability to work in a concentrated manner. These room structures are generally not designed or even intended to offer a high level of speech quality or privacy between neighboring work stations; however, it is still important to avoid sound propagation over long distances. Haworth has installed Ecophon acoustic elements in its trade fair booth and will also present them in combination with the lighting elements designed by Philips.

Flexible processes and areas of communication now complement permanent work stations. These flexible work processes and different kinds of collaboration require furniture and lighting concepts that are highly variable. Haworth is collaborating with Philips, its partner of competence, in this area and will present integrated and permanent lighting solutions at its trade fair booth.
