
Ralph Reddig

Ralph Reddig joined Haworth in 2007 as a Senior Industrial Designer. His responsibilities include the design and development of systems product, lighting and accessories, from initial concept exploration to production, and management of external design partners.
Reddig had previously worked at Haworth from 1994 to 2002, as an intern and as a member of Haworth's Ideation Group. Throughout his extensive Industrial Design career, he has served as a Senior Industrial Designer in the Advanced Concepts Group at Kohler and has independently developed conceptual lighting products. He has designed and developed many award winning and patentable products ranging from contract office environments to kitchen and bath furnishings and lighting.
Reddig is proficient in German and holds a degree in Industrial Design from Kendall College of Art and Design, and has studied at Parsons/The New School for Social Research.
