HAWORTH WINS IIDEX/NEOCON 2009 AWARDS IN CANADA

TORONTO, CANADA - September 25, 2009 - Haworth Inc. received IIDEX/NeoCon 2009 Innovation awards for LIM, a multi-task LED light, and for the company's booth.  IIDEX/NeoCon is Canada's largest exposition and conference for the design, construction and management of the built environment and takes place in Toronto on September 24 - 25, 2009.

LIM (Light In Motion) won an IIDEX/NeoCon 2009 Gold Innovation award for Lighting: Interior Lighting.  Designed by Pablo Pardo and Ralph Reddig, this light is a multi-purpose, multi-task LED light with elemental structure and multiple reconfigurations.  It meets lighting needs for many applications, including office, institutional, hospitality and residential.  LIM has a refined elegant design - a simple aluminum extrusion profile that can be easily machined.  The light's magnetic and pivot platform enable 180-degree rotation as well as easy adjustment.  LIM has also won a silver for Best of NeoCon 2009, Lighting - Task/Desktop Furniture-Integrated.

Made with a mix of Haworth European furniture, new North American lighting products, raised access flooring and lounge furniture, the 2009 IIDEX/NeoCon booth was recycled from the 2008 GreenBuild tradeshow.  Configured for optimal foot traffic and on-site conversations with LIM designer Ralph Reddig, Haworth was recognized with a Bronze Innovation IIDEX/NeoCon booth award.
