HAWORTH RECEIVES PRESTIGOUS DESIGN ASSOCIATION AWARDS

HOLLAND, MI – Summer, 2009 – Haworth, Inc. was recently honored with the Titan Award from the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and the Patron’s Prize from the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

Awarded at IIDA’s 15th Annual Meeting during NeoCon 2009, the Titan award was presented to Haworth President & CEO, Franco Bianchi.  Haworth was recognized for outstanding service to the association and Bianchi noted that Haworth’s commitment to IIDA is based on shared values.

The ASID Patron’s Prize was awarded at Celebration, the association’s annual award event, in mid-July.  The award honored Haworth for exemplifying the value of interior design and reflecting the company’s culture, principles and values.   ASID noted that “Haworth’s new headquarters and showrooms represent not only the evolution of sustainable design, but also illustrate the company’s commitment to practice what they preach to their clients."
