HAWORTH NEOCON 2010 – A NEW SENSORY EXPERIENCE

Haworth, Inc. revealed a new showroom and an exciting new dimension for the company at NeoCon 2010, June 14 – 16 in Chicago.  A result of designer Clive Wilkinson’s inspiring vision and Haworth’s broad understanding of organizational change, the showroom exudes new energy.

Vibrant colors. Reflective surfaces. Unique design elements. Impactful graphics.  While energizing the architectural elements, the showroom features several new products, alliances and partnerships that demonstrate Haworth’s ability to design spaces that foster collaboration.

Low and high resolution photos are available on Haworth’s NeoCon 2010 media kit flash drive and by request.

Haworth’s showroom serves as the ideal vehicle to showcase the company’s products and creates spaces that elevate collaboration to a new level.  New products include:
• The Very task chair, designed by Haworth designers Michael Welsh and Nicolai Czumaj-Bront
• Compose wood storage, designed by Haworth designer Steffen Lipsky
• Enclose frameless glass wall, Haworth designer Nathan Shedd

The Haworth showroom is also highlighting the company’s global presence. Kiron, a new European desking system, as well as collaborative pieces from Asia will be featured. Employees from all of Haworth global sectors will actually be in the space to show products and share perspective and knowledge with customers.

Collaborative relationships developed with forward-thinking industry players will also be evident at Haworth’s NeoCon 2010 showroom. Tuohy Furniture - a Haworth partner that makes premium quality casegoods -- will display their products in the space. Unique and beautiful “Cloud” formations will be throughout the space, thanks to a relationship with the Danish fabric specialty firm Kvadrat. And part of the Haworth showroom features Terrazzo flooring that hybrids Haworth’s raised access base and Tecnika tiles supplied by the Italian company Monotile.
