Michael leads quality and continuous improvement efforts at Haworth, focusing on delivering lean strategies in both North America and globally. His career in the automotive, manufacturing and contract furniture industries spans more than 30 years.

Michael is a graduate of Kettering University and has done extensive graduate work at Xavier and Columbia Universities.
