Health Survey

A health survey rolled out to all North America members and their spouses in 2008. This Survey results help help our Haworth Occupation Health and Wellness Center create a five-year communication plan focusing on the health –related member education, programs and incentives that address any issues that are raised by the survey. 

As a result, the Calgary facility joined Holland facility as a smoke free campus.  Free smoking cessation programs were offered to help members with the transition.  Health screenings and Body Mass Index (BMI) readings were held for members
