Bruce, Mississippi

Located in the wooded hill country approximately 100 miles south of Memphis is Haworth’s Bruce, MS plant. The facility is home to approximately150 members who manufacture steel-fabricated seating for Haworth and its subsidiary, Groupe Lacasse. In operation since 1983, the Bruce plant enjoys a very low turnover rate, which in turn has created a workforce that is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in manufacturing. Members are evolving into self-directed work teams that strive for continuous improvement, and takes pride in working safely and producing high quality products that exceed customer expectations.
