CHICAGO – June 13, 2011 – Haworth, Inc. today announced the acquisition of the Legacy Furniture Group – a leading manufacturer of high quality products serving primarily the healthcare market. This will broaden Haworth’s offering in the health care market and its capability to offer a complete solution to clients. Legacy will gain a strong connection to Haworth’s core portfolio of products and a broadened national and international reach.

Legacy is a family-owned and privately-held company. Located in Conover, North Carolina, Legacy was founded in 2002 by Clark Norris, his son Todd Norris and David Reinhardt. Todd Norris currently leads Legacy and will continue to do so moving forward.
