World tech giant, Motorola, has responded to the changing nature of work but opting to use Haworth furniture to update its Singapore office from a typical 90s work environment (think: high panels and cubicles) to a new agile workspace that meets the needs of today’s more flexible workforce.

We worked closely with designers, SCA design, to educate the firm on the best solutions to meet their current and future work needs and establish an overarching vision for the new look and feel of the space

Intuity, Intuity HAT and Intuity Conference designs offer the ultimate in flexibility for Motorola’s 175 workers – featuring height-adjustable surfaces they promote higher productivity and well-being in the workplace. Seating includes Very and X99 chairs for greater flex and comfort whatever the task at hand. Floorspace is maximised with improved storage and lockers.

In breakout spaces, Openest (Feather) lounge furnishings designed by the world-renowned Patricia Urquiola add comfort, privacy and softness – bringing a distinctly new perspective to the work landscape. Motorola’s new space now delivers a wide range of different areas for collaborative work, open huddles and short meetings. Multiple workstyles are now catered for, and collaborative spaces feature AP Planes, IQ Commercial (IQ Pods) and Orangebox (Cwtch), with user productivity increasing as a result.
