University of Minnesota-Duluth

The concept for the new Swenson Civil Engineering Building at the University of Minnesota Duluth was rooted in sustainability. The University worked closely with the design team to utilize locally available raw, natural, unaltered materials in the creation of a healthy environment and hands-on teaching tool. The result is a dramatic, LEED® Gold-certified addition to the campus.
