Jeff Reuschel

A graduate of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo with a BS in Industrial Design, Jeff Reuschel has enjoyed over 25 years in the contract office furniture industry in a variety of roles. Jeff joined Haworth in 1981 as an Associate Project Engineer and became one of the company’s first Industrial Designers in the newly formed Advanced Product Design group. In his current position as Global Design Director, he is responsible for researching individual and group performance in work settings, the transformation of this information into designed objects and the identification of new complimentary markets around the world.

Jeff has been quoted and published in several magazines and newspapers and has spoken individually and on panels at numerous industry events and conferences.  He has applied for and received several design and utility patents and is a member of the Industrial Designers Society of America. 

Throughout his illustrious career, Jeff has received many awards and professional honors including
Grand Rapids Furniture Manufacturers Hall of Fame, 2002; Museum of Modern Art, New York City- Workspheres Exhibition, commissioned exhibitor, 2001; I.D. Annual Design Review Design Distinction Award for Office Explorations, 1997; IDEA (Industrial Design Excellence Award), co-sponsored by IDSA and Business Week, Gold for Office Explorations, 1997; among others.
